MOTH(er) Prenatal Flow

A supportive prenatal yoga class designed to help you move comfortably through pregnancy. Expect gentle strengthening, breathwork and stretches that ease common pregnancy discomforts while helping you connect with your body and your baby.

This class is designed specifically for pregnancy and is open to all stages.

Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours for $3.
