An engaging yoga adventure where kids build strength, balance and focus through creative challenges, movement games and imaginative exploration. Expect playful yoga sequences designed to help kids feel strong, confident and capable.

Recommended for ages 5–10.

This is a drop-off class. Parents are welcome to relax downstairs in The Burrow while class is in session. We’ll have your phone number on file in case we need to reach you.

Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours for $3.
